At Kathmandu, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day change-of-mind return policy for all Summit Club members. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it to us in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all original packaging and tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
